3. scrunch hair with fingertips to create texture
4. lean your head to the side and blow-dry your hair with a basket diffuser
5. once hair is fully dried, apply a small amount of tousle me softly finishing touch cream to the palm of your hand. scrunch the product through hair - pull and drag out some of the pieces to define the tousles
6. gently brush out tousles with fingers and be on your way!
